Processing Different Thermoplastics

Different thermoplastics have their own processing characteristics and require appropriate consideration of material behaviour, component design, mould design and moulding conditions.

MPLAST has experience processing commodity, engineering and speciality thermoplastics, including PP, LDPE, HDPE, Nylon and Polyacetal, along with other materials selected according to product and processing requirements.

Customers who already own injection moulds can provide their tooling to MPLAST for trials, injection moulding and regular production of plastic components.
