Tool & Mould Development
MPLAST's in-house toolroom supports injection mould development, modification, maintenance and product improvement. This allows tooling and production requirements to be coordinated within the same organisation.
MANUFACTURING
Plastic Injection Moulding
MPLAST manufactures injection moulded plastic products and components for diverse applications using moulds developed in-house as well as tooling supplied by customers.
MATERIAL & PROCESSING CAPABILITY
Processing Different Thermoplastics
Different thermoplastics have their own processing characteristics and require appropriate consideration of material behaviour, component design, mould design and moulding conditions.
MPLAST has experience processing commodity, engineering and speciality thermoplastics, including PP, LDPE, HDPE, Nylon and Polyacetal, along with other materials selected according to product and processing requirements.

Already Have a Mould?
Customers who already own injection moulds can provide their tooling to MPLAST for trials, injection moulding and regular production of plastic components.
